In this article, I’ll share the exact strategies and scripts that helped me book 78 sales calls in just 30 days using cold email. Whether you're new to cold emailing or looking to improve your results, these tips will provide valuable insights to boost your lead generation efforts.

Step 1: Crafting the Perfect Subject Line

Your subject line is your first impression. It must be catchy enough to get your email opened but not too salesy. Aim for a subject line that piques curiosity and is relevant to your audience. Examples include "Quick question, [First Name]?" or "Thoughts on this, [First Name]?" Keep it short, simple, and to the point. For instance, if you're targeting e-commerce brands, you might use "TikTok Shop?" as a subject line.

Step 2: Writing an Engaging Email Body

The body of your email should be personalized and address the recipient’s pain points. Start with a personalized line like, "Hi John, I noticed that your brand is on TikTok but isn't monetizing through TikTok Shop." Follow this with a clear explanation of how you can help. For example, "We help eCommerce brands increase their sales by over 30% using our proven strategies."

Include a case study or testimonial to add credibility, such as, "We recently helped Nike increase their sales by over 100%, and we’d love to do the same for you." Ensure these case studies are easily verifiable on your website, YouTube channel, or LinkedIn to build trust.

Your call to action (CTA) should be clear, inviting, and not pushy. Instead of immediately asking for a sales call, offer a valuable resource like a video tutorial or a personalized audit. For example, "Mind if I send you a quick video on how this works?" This approach lowers the barrier to entry and increases the likelihood of a positive response.

For instance, if you're running a Facebook ads agency, you might say, "I made a few ad creatives for [Company Name]. Mind if I send them over so you can test these with your current ads?" This makes it hard for the recipient to say no, increasing your chances of engagement.

Step 4: Following Up Effectively

Follow-ups are crucial. If you don’t get a response, send a follow-up email after a few days.
