Ensuring high attendance rates for B2B sales calls is crucial. I’ve developed a system that consistently gets me a 70-80% show-up rate, up from 30-40%. Here’s a detailed guide on how you can achieve similar results.

Key Factors to Increase Show-Up Rates

There are six critical factors: status, calendar settings, pre-qualifying questions, thanks page, reminders, and related gains. Let’s dive into each.

Status

Status refers to how prospects perceive you before the meeting. If they’re cold prospects who’ve never heard of you, the show rate will be lower. However, if they’re inbound leads who have been nurtured through your content, the show rate will be significantly higher. To improve this, focus on warming up prospects before booking the meeting.

Calendar Settings

I use GoHighLevel’s calendar because it integrates well with my other tools and allows for personalized reminders using my company’s phone number. Here’s how to set it up:

  • Calendar Name: Include your company name and an emoji to make it stand out.

Reminders

Automated reminders are key. Here’s the sequence I use with GoHighLevel:
